Rates

Rates at the Kitchen Terminal are based on a sliding scale of use and can be booked 60 days in advance.

There is a 7% facility surcharge which includes utilities.

The Kitchen Terminal requires a 4 hour minimum per day.

Hourly Rates

Kitchen Rates

  • 20 – 24hrs  |  ($700 – $840/mth)
  • 25 – 45hrs  |  ($825 – $1,485/mth)
  • 46 – 65hrs  |  ($1,426 – $2,015/mth)
  • 66 – 85hrs  |  ($1,914 – $2,465/mth)*
    *85+ hours are negotiated separately

Event Room

  • Client Tastings @ $25/hr
  • Events, Parties or Cooking Schools
    Quoted separately 

Cold Prep Tables

  • $20 / hr
